Flats's price list

We rent a week. Week go from Sunday to Sunday.
You can get the flat after 3 o’clock a.m. when you arrive

and leave it before 11 o’clock a.m. when you go.
In the rate are included: water, electricity, gas and taxes and the beach facilities

(1 umbrella, 1 sun-chair, 1 sun-bed, for every flat). We give you the flat clean and we clean it when you leave.
When you book we ask for a deposit of the 20% of the rate.

The flats are totally furnished except the linen.
If you want you can rent the linen at the reception.
